Pack Mule warrants each new utility, Car Haulers, Flatbeds, Tilts, & Deckover Trailers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year. Pack Mule warrants a 3 year warranty on the main frame (structural, axle bearings, and axle welds) from the date of purchase.
*Normal wear and tear. (tires, bearings, brakes, decking, etc.)
*Damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper maintenance, accidents, or modifications.
*Rust or corrosion caused by environmental exposure.
*Routine maintenance items
*Abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, fire, corrosion, or alteration
*Improper hitch ball size or improper tow vehicle hookup
*Scratches, dents, chips, tears, or surface damage not caused by the Warrantor.
*Commercial or rental use of the trailer
Components covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty, including but not limited to tires, axles, jacks, couplers, and brakes, are subject solely to the warranty terms of the respective component manufacturer. Pack Mule Trailers LLC assumes no responsibility for these warranties.
All warranties will be voided if the trailer is overloaded beyond its Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) and also if any modifications, alterations, and/or repairs performed without the prior written consent of Pack Mule Trailers LLC will void the warranty in its entirety.
*Warranty Request must be in writing by the dealership within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect.
*No repairs are to be made without prior authorization.
*Approved repairs must be completed within 15 days of authorization to qualify for reimbursement.
*Transportation, towing, and labor coasts are the responsibility of the Purchaser unless otherwise stated in writing by Pack Mule Trailers.
